This Privacy Policy explains what personal data of yours will be collected and how it will be used and protected by GreenDevHub OÜ when you visit our website at (the ‘Site’), use our related services (‘Services’) by subscribing to our newsletters, and/or download and use any GreenDevHub OÜ proprietary applications (the ‘Applications’).

This Privacy Policy outlines how we treat your personal data when you use our Site, Services, and Applications. We collect your personal data when you click the checkbox and submit the information through the ‘Send’ button of ‘Contact us’ forms on the site thus make the information available for us. Please note, that when you share your personal data with us, you gave us the consent to start collect, process and storage your data. The types of personal data that we collect are:

  • your phone number (if any);
  • other additional information, which you make available for us (i.e. project description or any other project or services related information).

The purposes of collecting the above mentioned proprietary personal data are to manage and develop our applications and website, to allow us contact you, respond to your comments, questions, and concerns, and if you subscribe to our news – to send you relevant content in the newsletters. In case you would like to join our team and send us CV, we will collect your full name, email, additional information from your CV you provide us to contact you and to provide you with a possible proposal of cooperation.

How long do we keep your personal data

We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described above. We may process your data by collecting, recording, organising, storing, using, structuring, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, aligning or combining, restricting, and erasing or destructing. We store and process your data in Ukraine and we will not transfer your personal data to other parties and/or other countries.

We may disclose your information to our affiliates or subsidiaries, subcontractors, which may help us to better process it.
